Kelly Delany is a writer, artist and pastry chef based in Los Angeles. A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, they have worked in hospitality in all forms in New York, New Jersey, Denver, & Los Angeles. Kelly’s work uses her dessert craftsmanship to explore the carnality and sexuality of eating. She centers play and trade to create unique ephemeral beauty.
Kelly is currently a freelance pastry chef, dessert stylist and co-producer of the ongoing literary performance series Something, Else? She is at work on a collection of short stories.
